Ok, now that you’ve got a pen and something
to write on, let’s get started.

STEP 1)

I want you to first write down the most
recent situation you had with a man that didn’t
work.

Start by writing the man’s name. And then
below his name, write out what your situation
or relationship was when it was good in 1-2
short sentences.

Yours might look something like this…

“Mark”

“Mark was interested and attracted to me,
and we had great chemistry. He would call me
all the time, we’d share great conversations,
and we had some amazing times together.”

Now go ahead and write down briefly in a
couple of short sentences what your situation
was like when it was great.
